The SGHHRI is an independent Non Profit Organization founded on the 21st of February, 2024 with an Incorporated Trustee Number IT-7361111.
The SGHHRI was registered as an incorporated trustee under Part F of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 in Nigeria.
The objectives of SGHHRI are stipulated in its constitution and have also been approved by Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in line with the Part F of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020.
The SGHHRI passed through all legal checks and is founded on the principle of integrity, transparency and accountability and will endeavor to build a high level of public trust and confidence.
