Derived from our constitution, the Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) of SGHHRI are:
(a) Advancement of human rights and freedom
(b) Diplomatic fight against gender based violence, inequality and social vices
(c) Delivery of tangible and impactful humanitarian services
(d) Training and empowerment
(e) Peace building, security, good governance and nationwide development.
These KPIs are the fundamental responsibilities of the SGHHRI as outlined in our constitution, and they contribute towards the attainment of the current SDGs visions and in line with the global view. In order to establish an accountability framework for each KPI, the organisational structure of the SGHHRI has assigned departments responsible for the execution of programmes in pursuit of these KPIs.
