Abdullahi Abdulmajeed is a former Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Harmony Holdings Limited, the investment management company of the Kwara State Government. He led the state-owned company from 2020 to 2023, implementing a turnaround management system.
Abdulmajeed had also served as Director of Arewa Trade and Investment Promotion Council (ATIPC).
He has extensive years of experience in finance, investment promotion and management, business development, business strategy, educational management, among others.
He was President of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), a prominent youth group in Africa’s most populous country. He was nominated as a representative of the youth in the National Confab convened by Nigeria’s former President Goodluck Jonathan.
Abdulmajeed is also a serial entrepreneur, managing a number of business concerns within Nigeria. He is an alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), a first generation institution in Nigeria.
