Ms Aishat Usman

I am Aishat Usman, a quality assurance expert with a strong passion for community engagement, gender equality, and youth empowerment. I currently work as a Senior Quality Analyst, in a manufacturing company, supporting quality assurance, food safety compliance, and good laboratory practices. These experiences have strengthened my attention to detail, accountability and critical thinking.
Alongside my professional career, I have actively engaged with local and international NGOs on various initiatives addressing gender-based violence, harmful practices, sexual and reproductive health education, as well as youth participation in governance. I have worked with organizations including UNFPA, Equality Now, Transparency and Accountability in Totality (TinT), African Nigeria, among others, contributing to advocacy, community outreach, and public communications.
I hold a National Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Resource Management, and I’m certified in project management.  I’m committed to advancing inclusive development and amplifying the voices of women and young people.
